Brooke Crain and GSCTX Gold Jacqueline K.
Jacqueline
spent her whole life caring for and riding horses. For her project, Horse Whisperer, she created a special
camp for children with hearing impairments to provide them with the opportunity
to attend a special equestrian camp. In its first year, 12 children attended
