#GoForTheGold: Amber R.

We're celebrating the 2016 Olympics by showing love to the women proudly representing Team USA in Rio and the outstanding Girl Scouts who earned gold right here in Central Texas!

Whether it’s the Gold Award or an Olympic gold medal, you need resilience, perseverance, dedication and a strong will to make it happen just like U.S. Equestrian Beezie Madden and GSCTX Gold Girl Amber R. To raise awareness about a no-kill shelter in her community, Amber created signs and a website for the H.O.P.E. Animal Shelter in Hearne, TX, the sole animal shelter of its kind in the Brazos valley. She held fundraisers to pay for the signs to be professionally made. The website is designed to help curb the issue of abandoned and homeless domestic animals locally and globally.
